As a part of ongoing conversations with villages in Rayagada district, the youth are beginning to document and listen to oral histories and wisdom from their elders. This is helping to strengthen their relationship with forests, traditional knowledge about architecture, agriculture and seeds.

Many people and organisations have felt the seriousness of the existential crisis imposed on the Kondhs, by the mainstream paradigm. Many have tried to fully study and perceive the threats caused by the industrial paradigm. Each one responded by attempting to understand the threats in different ways, in their own capacities, as researchers, biologists, sociologists, artists, architects and more. The community continues to host many such people, some of whose work is included in the archives below. These people have played an important role of extending solidarity with the Kondh community,
